Slotted Liners and Perforated Joints are routinely manufactured on Range 3 tubing/pipes and up to 11 3/4″ OD, with slots width starting from 1,5 mm.
Slotting and Perforating service is executed on a specially equipped and robust 4 axis milling machine outfitted with 16 syncro-spindles and are typically carried out on customer free issue material.
Slots are machined by using round cutting mill and all joints are internally de-burred with the aid of a dedicated custom built brushing machine.
Slotting and Perforating Service always include full length Drift Test, Treaceabilty Marking, surface Varnishing, end connection Cleaning, Dope application and Thread Protectors installation.
