With the company commitment of achieving full Product Conformance, Quality Control is routinely performed on 100% of the production.
Activity is carried out by our internal qualified staff (level II, SNT-TC-1A) and by using dedicated high precision instruments and the most appropriate Non-Destructive Tests such as MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspections) and DP (Dye Penetrant).
Receiving inspection on raw material is always supported by performing Hardness Test on each single bar, as minimum, in order to verify exact correspondence with Material Certification received.
Threaded connection inspections are assisted by specialized equipment such as Thread Gauges, MRP’s, Profile Projectors, computerized Contour Measuring instrument, etc. OMPA is also equipped to perform in-house calibration on most of their instrumentations by using the high precision calibration module “MIC-TRAC”, whereas highly qualified suppliers are subcontracted to calibrate other specific equipments.
