4 axis CNC’s and Traditional Milling Machines are part of our Milling Department with capability to work large parts (4400 x 1200 x 1000 mm) and long products up to 43’ (13 meters) length.
The Milling Working Centre with 32 tool charger is also equipped with an universal rotary table and a hydraulic tailstock capable to work parallelepiped and cylindrical parts with same precision and easiness of execution.
A very robust and large milling machine is provided with special equipment and with a high number of synchrony operating heads, able of carrying out up to 16 milling operations simultaneously. The combination of a CNC Rotary Table with a 340 mm spindle bore and self-centering chuck further allows to work with outstanding performance on large and long tubulars up to Range 3.
