NDT Inspection, MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspection) and/or DP (Dye Penetrant) are carried out internally with our certified staff (level II, SNT-TC-1A, ISO 9712) on all threaded connections.
MPI mobile cabins and units are available for onsite inspection or to inspect long pipe ends, whereas fix booth is used to inspect connections on short items.
DP is always used to inspect connections on high alloys products.
All NDT Inspections are duly recorded and form part of the Certification Package which accompany every item supplied by OMPA.
