Treatment
Phosphate Coating (Zinc and Manganese) is routinely carried out internally on 100% of threaded connections through our qualified personnel, processes and equipment.
Equipment is designed to suite any product which fall within our manufacturing range and phosphate methods include “Deep” and “Flush”.
Phosphate baths and coatings are continuously monitored to ensure full conformity to applicable specs, with related parameters and values duly recorded for each production lot/job.
Abrasive Blasting is regularly performed on high alloys connections in accordance to applicable specs trough our qualified personnel, processes and equipment.
Manual and Automated Equipment include mobile and fix units able to accommodate either short or long products.
Several Media are available and used depending on material characteristics and applicable specs.

Copper Plating, when applicable, is subcontracted to qualified suppliers with process remaining under OMPA coordination and control.

Cold Rolling is regularly performed on Premium Connections in accordance to applicable specs, and is also available, as optional, for standard API threads.
